Advanced core modules

Advanced core modules

Advanced core modules build on the knowledge and skills developed at foundation and core levels. They are designed for experienced asylum professionals who are required to handle complex cases and apply advanced legal and procedural reasoning in their daily work.
At this level, the focus shifts from applying standard procedures to analysing and managing complex and sensitive cases, requiring a higher degree of judgement, interpretation, and consistency in decision-making.
