DESCRIPTION
This training aims at introducing learners to the art of public speaking through theoretical and practical approaches, emphasising practical application. A cross-cutting key component of the training focuses on argumentation, gradually guiding learners to create powerful, logically structured messages while avoiding fallacies. By combining these elements, the training provides a comprehensive toolbox to equip asylum and reception officials with essential public skills needed in various professional contexts, such as meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
