Dublin procedure
The recommendations provide practical guidance and recommended practices for the operational implementation of transfers under the Asylum and Migration Management Regulation (AMMR) and its Implementing Regulation. They are intended for staff in Member State authorities involved in the planning, organisation, implementation and follow-up of AMMR transfers, including AMMR case officers, transfer coordination staff and other operational actors. The recommendations cover responsibility-based transfers and relocation transfers, including transfer modalities, information exchange, standard forms, communication channels and post-transfer follow-up.
