DESCRIPTION

This module aims to provide learners with the necessary awareness of the different types of cases from different countries related to identification of potential exclusion cases.
It covers identification of potential exclusion cases in the context of Article 1F of the 1951 Refugee Convention and Article 12(2) and Article 17 of the Qualification Directive, with a focus on persons who may potentially be considered undeserving of international protection.
