DESCRIPTION

This module introduces the concept of statelessness in the context of screening, as well was in relation to the asylum procedure. It aims to provide learners with knowledge on the legal concept of statelessness and why it is relevant in the context of screening and registration and skills required to identify indications of statelessness of a person encountered during screening or in the early stages of the asylum procedure.
