Iránymutatások az őrizet alternatíváiról
Az elmúlt években egyre nagyobb figyelmet fordítottak az őrizet alternatíváira, amelyek eszközt kínálnak a tagállamok számára ahhoz, hogy úgy kezeljék a migrációt, hogy nem fosztják meg az egyéneket a szabadsághoz való alapvető joguktól, kivéve, ha ez szükséges és indokolt.
